About Me
Martine Parode is a psychotherapist who specializes in working with teenagers and young adults with anxiety and mood disorders, as well as clients with a history of trauma and stress.

Martine completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Towson University, where she studied as a member of the Towson University Honors College. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland, focusing on the application CBT and DBT techniques with adolescent clients.
Martine’s therapeutic work emphasizes client autonomy and agency in the therapy process while teaching
clients to process and cope with their symptoms using a variety of different therapeutic methods based on each client’s needs. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Plus (CBT+) and is trained to meet clients where they are, using a person-centered and strengths-based philosophy to guide treatment. Her expertise also includes sport performance and dysautonomia.
