Temi Akinpetide, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Temi Akinpetide is  a board certified doctorally prepared psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who is passionate about helping her clients lead healthy and happy lives. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Temi works to develop a strong and supportive therapeutic relationship that is safe and nurturing, while also providing direct guidance and collaborative problem solving to help her clients reach their desired goals and make positive changes.

Her areas of specialization include Medication Management, Medication Assisted Treatments, and Therapeutic Interventions.

With over 17 years of nursing background, Dr. Temi has experience in treating mental health disorders in children and adults, and in different clinical settings. It is her purpose to serve her clients in a compassionate and caring manner without judgement.
